Director of Therapeutic Recreational Services

The Director of Therapeutic Recreational Services, under supervision of the Center Administrator, shall manage the therapeutic recreational services Department in accordance with current statutes, regulations, policies and procedures, for the purpose of ensuring that each resident is offered and provided with an individualized program of therapeutic recreational services inended to attain the highest practicable physical, mental, spiritual, and psychosocial well-being consistent with their initial and comprehensive assessments, and individual
care plan. In addition he/she shall ensure the provision of quality services on behalf of residents and their familits consistent with Revera Health Care mission and customer service philosophy.
