Administrator: Charlene Bedor

Charlene Bedor has been with the Revera family since March of 2000. She started as a payroll and human resource coordinator, has a bachelor's degree in prelaw and obtained her Nursing Home Administrator's License in July of 2010 after completing an approved Administrator-In-Training program. She has relocated to the area from St. Johnsbury, VT and is very excited to be joining the Redstone Villa team. As all of the other staff member's here at Redstone Villa, Charlene believes in a resident-centered plan of care.

Admissions Coordinator: Vicki Bohannon

Vicki Bohannon has worked in the healthcare field for the past 15 years. She has been a nurse in long term care, and case manager for an assisted living facility in NYS. She has recently moved to Vermont and is looking forward to working with the team at Redstone.

Director of Business Services: Wendy Briscoe

Wendy came on board with Revera in 2011, she has over 15 years of billing and collections experience in the healthcare field. She is dedicated and compassionate to ensure the residents and the Revera family have the support, trust, honesty, and respect they need regarding their financial matters here at Redstone.

Director of Nursing Services: Anita Mason, R.N.

Anita Mason, RN, DNS has been with Revera Health Systems for 25 years. With care, compassion, and courtesy for Resident's and staff, Anita leads the nursing department to provide optimum care to our Resident's.

Rehabilitation Services Provider: Premier Therapy

Our Premier Therapy division manages the in-house therapy program for Redstone Villa. The Premier approach to therapy is one of clinical dedication to our patients, residents, and their families, providing the best therapy treatment and support in a caring and compassionate environment. We offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Pathology Services. Each patient is assessed and a treatment program is developed to meet their individual needs

Director of Social Services: Adelle Lawrence, LPN

Adelle Lawrence, LPN, joined Redstone Villa in 2009. She is devoted to the support of residents and their families throughout their stay at the Center.

Activities Director, Tina Pelletier

Tina Pelletier has been at Redstone Villa for almost 2 years and enjoys being Redstone Villa's Resident Activities Director. Tina enjoys working hard to put a smile on every resident's and staff's faces. Aside from daily activities, Tina enjoys involving local schools and businesses to be a part of our family at Redstone. Tina has 12 years experience in Health care and related services.

Director of Buidling Maintenance, James Guilmette

James Guilmette has been with Redstone Villa since February of 2008. He has been very busy since coming on board with many projects. He enjoys working with the residents, helping with their projects to help make their stay with Redstone Villa more enjoyable. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and his hobby farm.

Director of Food Services, Donna Ries

Donna Ries has worked at Redstone Villa for seven and a half years, and was just recently promoted to Director of Food Services. She began her service to Redstone Villa and it’s residents as a dietary aid and then, became the head cook.
